مِنْ النُّبْلِ أنْ يَبْذُلَ الرَّجُلُ مالَهُ ويَصُونَ عِرْضَهُ.
از نجابت آن است که مرد مالش را بخشد و آبرویش را پاسبان دارد.
It is from nobility for a man to spend his wealth and safeguard his dignity.
مِنْ عَلاماتِ النُّبْلِ اَلْعَمَلُ بِسُنَّةِ الْعَدْلِ.
از نشانه‌هایِ نجابت، عمل به سنتِ عدل است.
Acting on the principle of justice is from the signs of nobility.
يُسْتَدَلُّ عَلى نُبْلِ الرَّجُلِ بِقِلَّةِ مَقالِهِ وعَلى تَفَضُّلِهِ بِكَثْرَةِ إحْتِمالِهِ.
به کمیِ سخنِ مرد به نجابتش و به بسیارِ بردباری‌اش به فضیلتش پی برد.
The nobility of a man is evinced by the paucity of his speech and his merit is deduced from his abundant tolerance.
كُوُنُوا قَوْماً صيحَ بِهِمْ فَانْتَـبَهُوا.
گروهی باشید که بر آنان فریاد (هیئت) زده شود و بیدار شوند.
Be a community that is cried out to so they wake up.
إنْتِباهُ الْعُيُونِ لايَنْفَعُ مَعَ غَفْلَةِ القُلُوبِ.
بیداریِ چشم‌ها، در حالی که دل‌ها غافل‌اند، سودمند نیست.
Alertness of the eyes does not benefit while the hearts are negligent.
ألا مُتَنَبِّهٌ مِنْ رَقْدَتِهِ قَبْلَ حِينِ مَنِيَّتِهِ.
آیا کسی که پیش از زمانِ مرگش از خوابش (خوابِ غفلتش) بیدار شود، نیست؟!
Is there no one who will wake from his slumber before the time of his death?!
اِسْتَمِعُوا مِنْ رَبّانِيِّكُمْ وأَحْضِرُوهُ قُلُوبَكُمْ واسْمَعُوا إنْ هَتَفَ بِكُمْ.
به ربّانی‌تان گوش بسپارید و دل‌هایتان را حاضر (حاضر) نمایید و اگر به شما بالِند (فریاد زده) بشنوید.
Listen to your godly leader, keep your hearts open for him and listen [to him] if he calls out to you.
اِسْمَعُوا (اِقْبَلُوا) النَّصِيْحَةَ مِمّنْ أهْداها إلَيْكُمْ واعْقِلُوها عَلى أنْفُسِكُمْ.
پند را از آن کس که آن را به شما هدیه کرده پذیرا (اقبال) شوید و بر خویشتن پنداشت (عقل) کنید.
Listen to (or accept) advice from the one who gifts it to you and preserve it in your minds.
رُسُلُ اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ تَراجِمَةُ الْحَقِّ والسُّفَراءُ بَيْنَ الْخالِقِ وَالْخَلْقِ.
پیامبرانِ خداوند سبحان، تفسیرکنندگانِ حق و سفیرانِ میانِ خالق و مخلوق‌اند.
Messengers of Allah, the Glorified, are interpreters of the truth and intermediaries between the Creator and the creation.
لِرُسُلِ اللّهِ في كُلِّ حُكْم تَبْيِينٌ.
برای پیامبرانِ خدا در هر حکمی تبیین (شفاف‌سازی)ی هست.
The Messengers of Allah have a clear elucidation for every [divine] command.
أنْجَحُكُمْ أصْدَقُكُمْ.
موفق‌ترینِ شما، راست‌گوی‌ترینِ شما‌اند.
The most successful of you are the most truthful among you.
أدْرَكُ النّاسِ لِحاجَتِهِ ذُو الْعَقْلِ الْمُتَرَفِّقُ.
به‌ترِ مردم به خواسته‌شان می‌رسد، صاحبِ خردِ نرم‌رو (مترفق) است.
The person who attains his objective the most is one who has intelligence and is mild-mannered.
إنْ كُنْتُمْ لِلنَّجاةِ طالِبِينَ فَارْفَضُوا الْغَفْلَةَ واللَّهْوَ والْزَمُوا الاِجْتِهادَ والْجِدَّ.
اگر برای نجات جوینده هستید، غفلت و لهو را رد و بذلِ جهد و جدّ را پیشه کنید.
If you seek of prosperity, then reject negligence and diversion, and espouse diligence and effort.
آفَةُ النُّجْحِِ اَلْكَسَلُ.
آفتِ موفقیت، تنبلی است.
The bane of success is laziness.
قَدْ يُنالُ النُّجْحُ.
گاه موفقیت به دست آید.
At times success may be attained.
قَدْ يُعْيِي إنْدِمالُ الْجُرْحِ.
گاه التیام (جوش‌خوردن) زخم، به عجز (ناتوانی) انجامد.
The healing of a wound may at times lead to disability.
ما أقْرَبَ النَّجاحَ مِمَّنْ عَجَّلَ السَّراحَ.
چه نزدیک است موفقیت به آن کس که رهایی (سراح) را شتابان کند.
How close is success to one who is quick to release [and send forth his provisions for the Hereafter].
مِلاكُ النَّجاةِ لُزُومُ الإيمانِ وصِدْقُ الإيقانِ.
بنیادِ نجات، پایبندی به ایمان و راستیِ یقین است.
The basis of salvation is espousing faith and [having] true certitude.
لا يَفُوزُ بِالنَّجاةِ إلاّ مَنْ قامَ بِشَرائِطِ الإيمانِ.
به نجات جز آن کس که به شرط‌هایِ ایمان قیام کند، نمی‌رسد.
None is successful in attaining salvation but the one who fulfils the requirements of faith.
