حکمت ۳۷۶۱ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3761 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themلاتَعَرَّضْ لِمَعاصِي اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ، واعمَلْ بِطاعَتِهِ يَكُنْ لَكَ ذُخْراً.
در معاصیِ خدای سبحان میانداز و به طاعتش عمل کن تا برایت اندوخته باشد.
Never belittle the small sins, for they are indeed dangerous [and destructive]; and one who is surrounded by his belittled [sins] is destroyed by them.
حکمت ۳۷۶۲ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3762 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themلا تُحَقِّرَنَّ صَغائِرَ الآثامِ، فَإنَّهَا المُوبِقاتُ، ومَنْ أحاطَتْ بِهِ مُحَقَّراتُهُ أهْلَكَتْهُ.
گناهانِ کوچک را خوار مشمار؛ چرا که همان هلاک‌کننده‌هاست و آن که کوچک‌شمرده‌هایش فراگیرش شود، هلاکش کنند.
Those who remain behind [in this world after others have passed away before them] do not stop from committing sins.
حکمت ۳۷۶۳ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3763 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themلايَرْعَوِي الباقُونَ اجْتِراماً.
گنه‌بازان از گناه‌ورزی باز نایند.
There is no vice greater than persistence [in sinning].
حکمت ۳۷۶۴ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3764 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themلاوِزْرَ أعْظَمُ مِنَ الإصْرارِ.
هیچ گناهی بزرگ‌تر از اصرار نیست.
There is no vice greater than rejoicing in acts of depravity.
حکمت ۳۷۶۵ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3765 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themلاوِزْرَ أعْظَمُ مِنَ التَّبَجُّجِ بِالفُجُورِ.
هیچ گناهی بزرگ‌تر از نازیدن به فجور نیست.
One who is persistent in his sin shows audacity in front of the wrath of his Lord.
حکمت ۳۷۶۶ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3766 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمَنْ أصَرَّ على ذَنْبِهِ اجْتَرى على سَخَطِ رَبِّهِ.
هر که بر گناهش اصرار ورزد، بر خشمِ پروردگارش جرأت کرده است.
Whoever takes pleasure in the disobedience of Allah is made to suffer utter humiliation by Allah.
حکمت ۳۷۶۷ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3767 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمَنْ تَلَذَّذَ بِمَعاصِي اللّهِ أوْرَثَهُ اللّهُ ذُلاًّ.
هر که به معاصیِ خدا لذت برد، خدا خواری‌اش را به ارث دهَد.
One whose sins increase, his disparagement becomes necessary.
حکمت ۳۷۶۸ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3768 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمَنْ كَثُرَتْ مَعْصِيَتُهُ وَجَبَتْ إهانَتُهُ.
هر که معصیتش فزون شود، خوارشدنش واجب شود.
Neither are blessings taken away from you nor are you deprived of any comforts of life but because of the sins that you commit, and Allah is not unjust to the Servants.
حکمت ۳۷۶۹ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3769 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themما زالَتْ عَنْكُمْ نِعْمَةٌ وَلا غَضارَةُ عَيْش إلاّ بِذُنُوب اجْتَرَحْتُمُوها، وَمَا اللّهُ بِظَلاّم لِلْعَبيدِ.
نعمت و خوشیِ زندگی از شما زایل نشود مگر به گناهانی که مرتکب شدید؛ و خدا ستمگرِ بندگان نیست.
None of the acts of disobedience to Allah, the Glorified, come about except in [the garb of] desire.
حکمت ۳۷۷۰ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3770 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themما مِنْ شَيء مِنْ مَعْصيَةِ اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ يَأتي إلاّ في شَهْوَة.
هیچ چیز از معصیتِ خدای سبحان نیاید مگر در شهوتی.
Constant sinning cuts [one’s] sustenance.
حکمت ۳۷۷۱ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3771 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمُداوَمَةُ المَعاصي تَقْطَعُ الرِّزْقَ.
دوامِ معاصی روزی را بگسلد.
Openly [and boldly] sinning in front of Allah [without any shame] hastens [divine] retributions.
حکمت ۳۷۷۲ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3772 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمُجاهَرَةُ اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ بِالمعاصي تُعَجِّلُ النِّقَمَ.
آشکارکردنِ معاصی نزد خدای سبحان انتقام‌ها را شتاب دهد.
We seek refuge with Allah from the evils of the intellect (or from evil actions) and the ugliness of errors, and from Him do we seek assistance [against all this].
حکمت ۳۷۷۳ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3773 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themنَعُوذُ بِاللّهِ مِنْ سَيِّئاتِ العَقْلِ(العَمَلِ) وقُبْحِ الزَّلَلِ وبِهِ نَسْتَعينُ.
به خدا پناه بریم از بدی‌های خِرَد [یا عمل] و زشتیِ لغزش و از او یاری جوییم.
Far be it! You have not feigned ignorance except because of what has passed before you of mistakes and sins.
حکمت ۳۷۷۴ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3774 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themهَيْهاتَ ما تَناكَرْتُمْ إلاّ لِما قَبْلَكُمْ مِنَ الخَطايا والذُّنُوبِ.
دور باد! از هم بیگانه نشدید مگر به سزای خطاها و گناهانی که پیش از شما بود.
Every disobedient one is a sinner.
حکمت ۳۷۷۵ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3775 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themكُلُّ عاص مُتَأَثِّمٌ.
هر نافرمانی گناهکار است.
Whoever disobeys Allah, his status gets lowered.
حکمت ۳۷۷۶ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3776 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themمَنْ عَصَى اللّهَ ذَلَّ قَدْرُهُ.
هر که خدا را نافرمانی کند، قدرش خوار شود.
Woe be to the sinner, how ignorant he is and how much of his share he has relinquished!
حکمت ۳۷۷۷ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3777 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themوَيْحَ العاصي ما أجْهَلَهُ وعَنْ حَظِّهِ ما أعْدَلَهُ.
وای بر نافرمان که چه نادان است و از بهره‌اش چه عدالت می‌ورزد!
Woe to the one who is afflicted with disobedience, deprivation and abandonment.
حکمت ۳۷۷۸ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3778 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themوَيْلٌ لِمَنْ بُلِيَ بِعِصْيان وحِرْمان وخِذْلان.
وای بر آن که به نافرمانی و محرومیت و خذلان مبتلا شود!
Rushing into vices causes [one to face] the chastisement of hellfire.
حکمت ۳۷۷۹ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3779 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themاَلتَّهَجُّمُ علَى المَعاصي يُوجِبُ عِقابَ النَّارِ.
یورش بر معاصی کیفرِ آتش آرَد.
When committing sins, recall how the pleasures will [soon] end and the consequences that follow will remain.
حکمت ۳۷۸۰ — موضوع ۲۲۳ · Vices And Those Who Commit ThemSaying 3780 — Vices And Those Who Commit Themأُذْكُرُوا عِنْدَ المَعاصي ذَهابَ اللَّذاتِ، وبَقاءَ التَّبَعاتِ.
هنگامِ معاصی رفتنِ لذت‌ها و ماندنِ تبعه‌ها را به یاد آورید.
Be wary of the sins done in seclusion, for indeed the Witness (to it) is the Judge.
