حکمت ۶۴۴۱ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6441 — Chastityعَجِبْتُ لِمَنْ عَرَفَ سُوءَ عَواقِبِ اللَّذّاتِ كَيْفَ لايَعِفُّ؟!
شگفت‌زده‌ام از کسی که بدیِ فرجامِ لذت‌ها را می‌داند، چگونه پاک‌دامن نیست؟!
I am amazed at the one who knows the evil consequences of [forbidden] pleasures, how can he not remain chaste?!
حکمت ۶۴۴۲ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6442 — Chastityكَما تَشْتَهي عِفَّ.
چنان‌که خواهی، پاک‌دامن باش.
Just as you desire, be chaste.
حکمت ۶۴۴۳ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6443 — Chastityلَمْ يَتَحَلَّ بِالعِفَّةِ مَنِ اشْتَهى ما لايَجِدُ.
آن کس که آنچه را که نمی‌یابد خواست، به پاک‌دامنی آراسته نشده است.
One who desires that which he cannot obtain has not adorned himself with chastity.
حکمت ۶۴۴۴ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6444 — Chastityمَنْ أُتْحِفَ العِفَّةَ والقَناعَةَ، حالَفَهُ العِزُّ.
هر که پاک‌دامنی و قناعت به او ارزانی داشت، عزت با او بی‌وفا شد.
Whoever is granted chastity and contentment, honour becomes his ally.
حکمت ۶۴۴۵ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6445 — Chastityلافاقَةَ مَعَ عَفاف.
با پاک‌دامنی تهیدستی نیست.
There is no indigence with chastity.
حکمت ۶۴۴۶ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6446 — Chastityمَنْ عَفَّ خَفَّ وِزْرُهُ، وعَظُمَ عِنْدَ اللّهِ قَدْرُهُ.
هر که پاک‌دامن بود، بارِ گناهاش سبک و قدرش نزد خداوند بزرگ گردد.
Whoever is chaste, his burden [of sin] is reduced and his status becomes great in the sight of Allah.
حکمت ۶۴۴۷ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6447 — Chastityمَنْ عَفَّتْ أطْرافُهُ حَسُنَتْ أوْصافُهُ.
هر که اندامش پاک‌دامن بود، صفاتش نیکو گردد.
One whose flanks are chaste, his attributes become good.
حکمت ۶۴۴۸ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6448 — Chastityأعَفُّكُمْ أحْياكُمْ.
پاک‌دامن‌ترینِ شما شرمسارترینِ شماست.
The chastest among you are the most modest among you.
حکمت ۶۴۴۹ — موضوع ۴۲۴ · ChastitySaying 6449 — Chastityإنَّ اللّهَ سُبْحانَهُ يُحِبُّ المُتَعَفِّفَ الحَيِيَّ التَّقِيَّ، الرَّاضِيَ.
همانا خداوند سبحان پاک‌دامنِ شرمسارِ پرهیزگارِ راضی (به سرنوشت) را دوست می‌دارد.
Verily Allah, the Glorified, loves the one who is chaste, modest, pious and satisfied [with His will].
حکمت ۶۴۵۰ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6450 — Well-Beingاَلعَوافي إذا دامَتْ جُهِلَتْ، وإذا فُقِدَتْ عُرِفَتْ.
سلامتی‌ها چنان‌اند که اگر پایدار بمانند بی‌ارزش شمرده شوند و اگر از دست روند شناخته شوند.
Good health is such that when it lasts, it is disregarded and when it is lost, its value is known.
حکمت ۶۴۵۱ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6451 — Well-Beingإنَّ العافِيَةَ فِي الدّينِ والدُّنيا، لَنِعْمَةٌ جَليلَةٌ(جَميلَةٌ)، ومَوْهِبَةٌ جَزيلَةٌ.
همانا سلامت در دین و دنیا نعمتی بزرگ و بخششی فراوان است.
Verily well-being in religion and [in] this world is a great (or beautiful) blessing and a bountiful gift.
حکمت ۶۴۵۲ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6452 — Well-Beingاَلعافِيَةُ أهْنَى النِّعَمِ.
سلامت دلچسب‌ترینِ نعمت‌هاست.
Well-being is the most pleasant of blessings.
حکمت ۶۴۵۳ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6453 — Well-Beingلاعَيْشَ أهْنَأُ مِنَ العافِيَةِ.
هیچ زندگی‌ای خوشایندتر از زندگی با سلامت نیست.
There is no life more pleasant than [life] with good health.
حکمت ۶۴۵۴ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6454 — Well-Beingلالِباسَ أفْضَلُ مِنَ العافِيَةِ.
هیچ جامه‌ای به‌تر از سلامتی نیست.
There is no attire better than well-being.
حکمت ۶۴۵۵ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6455 — Well-Beingكُلُّ عافِيَة إلى بَلاء.
هر سلامتی به سوی بلا می‌رود.
Every well-being is [headed] towards affliction.
حکمت ۶۴۵۶ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6456 — Well-Beingاَلعافِيَةُ أفْضَلُ اللِّباسَيْنِ.
سلامت به‌تر از دو جامه است.
Well-being is the better of the two attires.
حکمت ۶۴۵۷ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6457 — Well-Beingبِالعافِيَةِ تُوجَدُ لَذَّةُ الحَياةِ.
به سلامت لذتِ زندگی یافت شود.
Through well-being, life becomes pleasurable.
حکمت ۶۴۵۸ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6458 — Well-Beingثَوْبُ العافِيَةِ أهْنَأُ المَلابِسِ.
جامهٔ سلامت خوشایندترینِ پوشش‌هاست.
The garment of well-being is the most pleasant of attires.
حکمت ۶۴۵۹ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6459 — Well-Beingدَوامُ العافِيَةِ أهْنَأُ عَطِيَّة، وأفْضَلُ قِسْم.
پایستگیِ سلامت خوشایندترین بخشش و برترین سهم است.
Lasting good health is the most pleasant gift and the best portion.
حکمت ۶۴۶۰ — موضوع ۴۲۵ · Well-BeingSaying 6460 — Well-Beingسَلُوا اللّهَ سُبْحانَهُ العافِيَةَ مِنْ تَسْويلِ الهَوى وفِتَنِ الدُّنيا.
از خداوند سبحان سلامت از توطئهٔ هوس و فتنه‌های دنیا بجویید.
Ask Allah for welfare [and safety] from the lustful temptations and the trials of this world.
