حکمت ۱۰۳۶۱ — موضوع ۶۷۸ · Reliance On AllahSaying 10361 — Reliance On Allahمَنْ وَثِقَ بِأنَّ ما قَدَرَ اللّهُ لَهُ لَنْ يَفُوتَهُ اسْتَراحَ قَلْبُهُ.
هر که مطمئن باشد آنچه خدا برایش مقدر فرموده از دستش نخواهد رفت، دلش آرام گیرد.
Whoever is certain that what Allah has decreed for him will never escape him, his heart becomes relaxed.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۲ — موضوع ۶۷۸ · Reliance On AllahSaying 10362 — Reliance On Allahرُبَّ واثِق خَجِل.
چه بسا کسی که [به غیر خدا] تکیه کرد و شرمسار گشت.
Many a person who relies on something [or someone] gets ashamed.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۳ — موضوع ۶۷۹ · AttainmentSaying 10363 — Attainmentالوِجْدانُ سُلْوانٌ.
دستیابی به مقصود، آرام‌بخشِ دل و مایهٔ تسلی است.
Attainment [of one’s goal] is solace.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۴ — موضوع ۶۸۰ · PainSaying 10364 — Painمَنْ كَتَمَ وَجَعاً أصابَهُ ثَلاثَةَ أيّام، وشَكى إلَى اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ كانَ اللّهُ سُبْحانَهُ مُعافِيَهُ.
هر که دردی را که بدو رسیده سه روز پنهان دارد و تنها به درگاهِ خداوندِ سبحان شکوه ببرد، خداوند سبحان او را تندرستی و عافیت بخشد.
Whoever hides a pain that has afflicted him for three days and complains of it [only] to Allah, the Glorified, then Allah will be the one who restores his good health.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۵ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10365 — Affection And Friendshipأكْرِمْ وُدَّكَ، واحْفَظْ عَهْدَكَ.
دوستی‌ات را گرامی دار، و پیمانت را نگاه‌دار.
Honour your friendship and keep your promise.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۶ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10366 — Affection And Friendshipاَلتَّوَدُّدُ (التُّؤَدَةُ) يُمْنٌ.
مهرورزی و دوستی، مایهٔ میمنت و برکت است.
Affection is an auspicious blessing.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۷ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10367 — Affection And Friendshipإذا أحْبَبْتَ فَلا تُكْثِرُ.
هرگاه محبت ورزیدی، زیاده‌روی مکن.
When you love [something or someone] then do not be excessive [in your love].
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۸ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10368 — Affection And Friendshipإذا ثَبَتَ الوُدُّ وَجَبَ التَّرافُدُ والتَّعاضُدُ.
هنگامی که دوستی استوار شد، یاری و پشتیبانیِ دوطرفه واجب می‌گردد.
When friendship gets established then [mutual] co-operation and support becomes necessary.
حکمت ۱۰۳۶۹ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10369 — Affection And Friendshipبِالتَّوَدُّدِ تَكُونُ المَحَبَّةُ.
با مهرورزی و ابرازِ دوستی، محبت پدید می‌آید.
Through affection comes love.
حکمت ۱۰۳۷۰ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10370 — Affection And Friendshipأفْضَلُ النّاسِ مِنَّةً مَنْ بَدَأَ بِالمَوَدَّةِ.
شایسته‌ترینِ مردم به سپاس، کسی است که در دوستی پیش‌قدم شود.
The best person in granting favours is the one who begins by [showing] friendship.
حکمت ۱۰۳۷۱ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10371 — Affection And Friendshipأسْرَعُ المَوَدّاتِ اِنْقِطاعاً مَوَدّاتُ الأشْرارِ.
زودگسسته‌ترینِ دوستی‌ها، دوستی با بدان و اشرار است.
The quickest friendships to get cut off are the friendships of wicked people.
حکمت ۱۰۳۷۲ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10372 — Affection And Friendshipإنَّ المَوَدَّةَ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْهَا اللِّسانُ، وَعَنِ المَحَبَّةِ العَيْنانِ (العَيانُ).
همانا دوستی را زبان بازگو می‌کند، ولی محبتِ دل را چشمان بیان می‌دارد.
Verily friendship is expressed by the tongue whereas love is expressed by the gaze (or the eyes).

دوستی، خویشاوندی است.
Friendship is kinship.

دوستی، پیوند و نسبت است.
Friendship is affinity.

دوستی، نزدیک‌ترین خویشاوندی است.
Friendship is the closest relationship.

مهرورزی با مردم، سرآمدِ خرد است.
Being friendly with people is the cornerstone of intelligence.
حکمت ۱۰۳۷۹ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10379 — Affection And Friendshipاَلمَوَدَّةُ فِي اللّهِ أقْرَبُ نَسَب.
دوستی در راهِ خدا، نزدیک‌ترین خویشاوندی است.
Friendship for the sake of Allah is the best relationship.
حکمت ۱۰۳۸۰ — موضوع ۶۸۱ · Affection And FriendshipSaying 10380 — Affection And Friendshipاَلْمَوَدَّةُ فِي اللّهِ آكَدُ مِنْ وَشيجِ الرَّحِمِ.
دوستی برای خدا، استوارتر از پیوندِ خویشاوندیِ خونی است.
Friendship for the sake of Allah is stronger than the bond of blood-relationship.
