حکمت ۱۰۱ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 101 — The Hereafterإنَّكَ في سَبيلِ مَنْ كانَ قَبْلَكَ، فَاجْعَلْ جِدَّكَ لآخرَتِكَ، ولا تَكْتَـرِثْ بِعَمَلِ الدُّنيا.
تو در راه کسانی هستی که پیش از تو بودند؛ پس کوششت را برای آخرتت قرار ده و دل به کار دنیا مبند.
Verily you are following the path of those who came before you, so put your efforts in [working for] your Hereafter and do not care for worldly gain.
حکمت ۱۰۲ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 102 — The Hereafterإنّك مَخْلُوقٌ لِلآخِرَةِ فَاعْمَل لَها.
تو برای آخرت آفریده شده‌ای؛ پس برای آن کار کن.
Verily you have been created for the Hereafter, so work for it!
حکمت ۱۰۳ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 103 — The Hereafterإنّكَ إنْ عَمِلْتَ لِلآخِرَةِ فازَ قِدْحُكَ.
اگر برای آخرت کار کنی، تیر بختت برنده شود.
If you work for the Hereafter, your arrow hits the mark.
حکمت ۱۰۴ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 104 — The Hereafterإنَّكمْ إلى الآخِرَةِ صائِرُونَ وعَلَى اللّهِ مَعْرُوضُونَ.
شما به سوی آخرت می‌روید و بر خدا عرضه می‌شوید.
Verily you are all proceeding towards the Hereafter and will be presented before Allah.
حکمت ۱۰۵ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 105 — The Hereafterحَلاوَةُ الآخِرَةِ تُذهِبُ مَضاضَةَ شقاءِ الدُّنيا.
شیرینی آخرت، دردِ بدبختیِ دنیا را می‌بَرَد.
The sweetness of the Hereafter removes the pangs of misery of this world.
حکمت ۱۰۶ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 106 — The Hereafterحَصِّلُوا الآخِرَةَ بِتَركِ الدُّنيا، ولاتُحَصِّلُوا بِتَركِ الدِّينِ الدُّنيا.
آخرت را با ترک دنیا به دست آرید و دنیا را با ترک دین به دست میاویزید.
Attain the Hereafter by abandoning this world, and don’t [try to] acquire [the embellishments of] this world by abandoning the faith.
حکمت ۱۰۷ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 107 — The Hereafterالآخرَةُ أبَدٌ.
آخرت، جاودانگی است.
The Hereafter is everlasting.
حکمت ۱۰۸ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 108 — The Hereafterطُوبى لِمَنْ ذَكَرَ المَعادَ فأحْسَنَ.
خوشا آن که معاد را به یاد آوَرَد و نیکو عمل کند.
Blessed is he who remembers the Hereafter and thus does good.
حکمت ۱۰۹ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 109 — The Hereafterطالِبُ الآخِرَةِ يُدْرِكُ مِنْها أمَلَهُ وَيَأتيهِ مِنَ الدُّنيا ما قُدِّرَ لَهُ.
جویندهٔ آخرت، آرزویش را از آن یابد و از دنیا آنچه برایش مقدر شده به او رسد.
The seeker of the Hereafter finds in it what he hopes for, whereas in this world [only] that which is predestined for him comes to him.
حکمت ۱۱۰ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 110 — The Hereafterعَلَيكَ بِالْجِدِّ والإجتِهادِ في إصْلاحِ المَعادِ.
جد و کوشش را در اصلاح معاد پیشه کن.
You must strive and struggle for the betterment of the Hereafter.
حکمت ۱۱۱ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 111 — The Hereafterعَجِبْتُ لِمَنْ أنْكَرَ النَشأةَ الاُخْرى وهُوَ يَرَى النَّشأَةَ الاُولى.
شگفت از آن که نشئت دیگر را انکار کند، در حالی که نشئت نخست را می‌بیند!
I wonder at the one who denies the second genesis while he sees the first genesis.
حکمت ۱۱۲ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 112 — The Hereafterغايَةُ الآخِرَةِ البَقاءُ.
غایت آخرت، بقاست.
The goal of the Hereafter is everlasting [life].
حکمت ۱۱۳ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 113 — The Hereafterفي الآخِرَةِ حِسابٌ ولاعَمَلٌ.
در آخرت حساب است و عمل نیست.
In the Hereafter there is accounting without action.
حکمت ۱۱۴ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 114 — The Hereafterكُونُوا مِنْ أبْناءِ الآخِرَةِ ولاتَكُونُوا مِنْ أبْناءِ الدُّنيا فإنَّ كُلَّ وَلَد سَيَلْحَقُ بِاُمِّهِ يَوْمَ القيمَةِ.
از فرزندان آخرت باشید نه از فرزندان دنیا؛ که هر فرزندی در قیامت به مادرش ملحق شود.
Be from the children of the Hereafter and do not be from the children of this world, for surely every child will join his mother on the Day of Reckoning.
حکمت ۱۱۵ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 115 — The Hereafterمَنْ عَمِلَ لِلْمَعادِ ظَفِرَ بِالسَّدادِ.
هر که برای معاد کار کند، به درستی رسد.
One who works for the Hereafter will be triumphant.
حکمت ۱۱۶ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 116 — The Hereafterمَنْ عَمَرَ آخِرَتَهُ بَلَغَ آمالَهُ.
هر که آخرتش را آباد کند، به آرزوهایش رسد.
One who develops his Hereafter achieves his aspirations.
حکمت ۱۱۷ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 117 — The Hereafterمَنِ ابْتاعَ آخِرَتَهُ بِدُنْياهُ رَبِحَهُما.
هر که آخرتش را [با عمل در] دنیا بخرد، هر دو را برده است.
One who buys his Hereafter with his worldly life, gains both of them.
حکمت ۱۱۸ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 118 — The Hereafterمَنْ عَمَرَ دارَ إقامَتِهِ فَهُوَ العاقِلُ.
هر که سرای اقامتش را آباد کند، همان خردمند است.
One who builds the abode of his permanent dwelling is truly wise.
حکمت ۱۱۹ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 119 — The Hereafterمَنْ أيْقَنَ بِالآخِرَةِ أعْرَضَ عَنِ الدُّنيا.
هر که به آخرت یقین کند، از دنیا روی گرداند.
One who is certain about the Hereafter turns away from this world.
حکمت ۱۲۰ — موضوع ۷ · The HereafterSaying 120 — The Hereafterمَنْ أصْلَحَ المَعادَ ظَفِرَ بِالسَّدادِ.
هر که معاد را اصلاح کند، به درستی رسد.
One who improves his Hereafter will be triumphant.
